When you contact us, place an order, or sign up for the newsletter, we collect only what we need: name, email, shipping address, and order details. We never collect more than necessary.
Your information is used to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates about new roasts and events.
We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality. We do not run advertising trackers. Analytics, when used, are anonymized and aggregated.
We do not sell or trade your data. We share only with the services required to process your order: a payment processor and a shipping carrier.
Your information is stored on secure servers within the EU with industry-standard encryption. Order records are retained for six years for accounting purposes as required by Finnish law.
